The website that will start to be online starting from May 18th 2011, has been designed to be an interface providing a collective visibility to Istanbul contemporary performing arts scene's artistic productions and researches as well as reflection and debates on artistic, cultural and political issues contributing to developing collaboration among Turkish and European artists, initiators and operators.
The website will also host a digital database of profiles of active individuals and institutions in the realm of contemporary performing arts. The database that will be initiated with the profiles of the participants of the Istanbul-Europe Express 2010 project aims to be a comprehensive reference point about the contemporary performing arts in Istanbul, the Balkans and the countries of the West Europe.
